Daniel Cape

Daniel was born and raised in the heart of south-central Georgia in Big Buck Country, Dooly County, where agricultural heritage and outdoor sporting life come together to create a truly special way of life. Growing up working on his family’s farm, Daniel developed a deep respect for the land at an early age. He learned firsthand that taking care of the land isn’t just a responsibility — it’s a way of life. That foundation sparked his lasting passion for land management, conservation, and rural property.

Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, further strengthening his knowledge of agriculture, business, and land stewardship. Today, he combines that background with his lifelong appreciation for rural Georgia to help clients buy and sell property with confidence.

When he’s not working with clients, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Kallie, and their dog, Waylon, or out in the woods chasing a longbeard during turkey season. He’s always appreciated the outdoors and the lifestyle that comes with it. Whether it’s farmland, recreational property, or a place to put down roots, Daniel understands the value of land — not just as an investment, but as a legacy.
